hello mam/ sir After delevary my waight become very low now it's 40 kg... is it ok or any critically is there... tell ideal waight..

yes ,it happens
but sometimes it happens because of underlying health condition like thyroid too
so please visit your doctor for once
take Healthy and well blanaced diet.
take milk and milk based products , nuts , dry fruits more
take small bowl of soaked horsegram or boiled chickpea daily in morning.
or take two or four dates with one tbsp of ghee.
