hello mam or sir, my daughter weight is 19.6, she is 7 year. I am worried her weight. plz advice how to gain her weight

A. As long as child is healthy and active, weight should not be a concern, but it is always better to include freshly prepared home cooked nutritious meals. Include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
