hi sir my son age 7.yr 7months is weight 19.kgs and his not eating better not gain weight can i use zinkovit multi vitamin syrup or pls suggest is weight gain syrup

A. Namaste Mom, Vitamin syrup does not help in increasing the weight, instead a little varaition is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and also eating healthy. You may probably give him healthy weight gaining foods such as panner , ghee , stuff paranthas , fresh fruit milk shakes , eggs , dry fruits and nuts , also you can give them legumes such as chana , rajma etc
