hello mam, My younger son is 2 1/2 years old , he is speaking little words only , and he is a premature baby , but he is understanding everything whatever we tell , when will he starts to speak mam any idea mam?

Premature I’ll be expected a deal of one or two months in reaching the milestone but your child is already 2 1/2 years and if the child has no speech I think it would be better to check if the vocal glands have developed properly or not and two options like taking homeopathy and also you can try speech therapy
