hello mam....my wight is 70 kg after delivery....and I want to reduce My weight can u plz suggest me a balance diet what I eat

A. avoid any junk ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
