RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Dove Soap followed by NMFE vitamin E cream this is going to help in reduction of dryness and the skin is going to be better over the period the dryness will subside the tanning or the blackness will go away as soon as you see that the dryness is healing
