Q.

hello mam my son is one year 5 months old but he is gaining weight.....means 3 months se continues 7 kg ka weights pe hi h ...what can I do ....he eats all the food at all time complete nutrition he is taking full....then why pls suggest

A. Namaste Mom Toddlers in general are expected to almost triple their birth weight by the age of 1 and later it doubles by the age of 5. His diet should now be including regular family foods as such include foods such as dry fruits milk fruit milk shakes dal /chana/lobia etc panner eggs ghee rice/ roti/ millets etc

So the child is not gaining weight because the weight has become stagnant what it was someone’s back so I would recommend you to break the monotony in the diet that you were giving also I would recommend you to check with the doctor if you need to start with any nutritional supplement for your child
