hello mam my son is 5month old his weight is 6kg .. what can i do for his weight gain

A. dear mum, a weight of 6 kg is fine for your baby at the age of 5 months. for healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

A. by 6 months a child should double it's birth weight and ur baby seems to be within standard
