hello mam my son 3 and half month old,I feel breast milk is not enough for him...and I dont want to give any supplement to him...please help out to increase breast milk

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. if the baby pee count is around 6-8 times and baby is sleeping well then baby is getting sufficient amount of milk to increase milk take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana Dalia ragi oats drumstick more you nurse milk will increase
