Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
It that accordingly.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

Just by saying very hot we cannot figure out what is the temperature so you do one thing take a thermometer take a temperature if you see it is 99° or more than 99°F that means your child is suffering with fever in that case you can go ahead with giving Calpol or any paracetamol that you have available right now and if it is not then there is no fever then in that case there is no need of giving any medicines you do weather change or something
