hello mam my daughter is 12 years old she has constipation and also then loose motion whta can I do

Have you given any medicine to the child that the constipation turned into lose motions because sometimes medicine can have this kind of a side-effect but for usual constipation I would recommend you to give more fibre and fluids into the diet apply castor oil in the navel before sleeping and also if you can manage give prunes or prune juice in the night before sleeping
