Arpita BhowmikMom of a 3 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. As long as your baby is taking feed normally and passing urine and gas there is no need to worry. Some babies do not pass stool till 8-9 days.
If your baby has collic pain and cries and becomes red you can give Cymbi drops 0.5 ml 6 hourly.
