Q.

Hello mam my boy is 10 months but still have no teeth and saying only maaa maaa. I am worried. people are sometime taunting on that. pls help

A. hello mam do not worry about this each and every kid is different you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in the mouth of the baby
