hello mam my boy is 1 year 1 month old in his skin at night small pimple type becomes big and in morning it become small and i went to my child pediatric he gave me medicine and said it's allergy and i stop hem giving which he was having allergy food his course is finished again it start coming like pimple to big foda type can u plz tell what is it? what is the problem

please use Babyhug coconut oil to apply over the affected area
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
please kep her well hydrated
please consult your doctor if the same is spreading in nature
