hello Mam my Baby weight is only 7.5 kg right now.. she is eating everything as we are preferred for baby but not gain weight.. so please give good advise for her. Thanks

A. It could b mostly due to deficiencies like iron and vitamins so u can ask your doctor to start with necessary supplements as per the need .. so that’s going to b more favourable for u as of now as that is going to good enough
