ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. needs to be examined in person It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be heat or sweating Rashes. so I advise to use collar less Cotton clothes for your child. keep your child in well vantileted room avoid applying powder on this part. keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
