hello mam ,my baby is 4 months old ,may baby looks more up toward ceiling

That's normal behaviour dear. Actually everything is new for baby like fan, moving fan etc. Once you will make baby in your arm, baby will also explore much here and there.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 months exclusively and don't forget to give burp after every feed

Yes this is normal in babies to look up. The fan is attracting ur baby. No need to worry about this. Its absolutely normal.
