Hello mam my baby is 20 month old and he breastfeeds frequently, I do give him solids but he is not gaining weight as he doesn't eats well. His weight is 10.2. should I still continue breastfeeding??

A. Yes, you can continue breastfeeding as it still provides important nutrients and immunity for your baby. However, at 20 months, it's also crucial that your child obtains more nutrients from solids. Find ways to make mealtime more engaging and try various healthy foods your child may like. If your child isn't gaining enough weight, it’s best to consult with a pediatrician who can evaluate your child's health and growth and provide you with tailored advice.
