Krishna GondaliyaMom of a 6 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. That is not an big issue, that is totally depends on child growth...which diffrent among all kids, some of starts early & some of takes a time. So engage your self as much as with your kid.

If The child is not speaking at all as of now first you get a check with an ENT doctor to know whether there is a delay or any other issue and if there is no issue you can wait for one more year otherwise you can take a guidance from a speech therapist on this
