Q.

hello mam my baby is 2 months old and I am not getting sufficient milk and I have already used lactare tablet (6 tablets per day for 10 days ) and shatavari (2 times per day for 10 days) when I used it I got milk but after stopping it again the same problem low milk supply please help me so that I can feed my baby well

A. These lactation supplements you can easily take for 3 to 4 months there is no problem with that so continue with those tablets at least for initial 6 months you can exclusively breastfeed the child after that you can switch to any other milk but if you are getting good milk with the supplements and I would suggest you to continue with them
