hello mam.... my baby is 18.months old ...nd I got my first period when my baby was 16 months old...after that I don't have regular period nd have excessive hairfall.

As she will guide you with appropriate diet that you should follow. Rest do not worry much. Also include protein in your diet to control hair fall. Drink lots of water. Good luck and take care
