hello mam my baby always with cold only but I used many medicine but there is no use please give me any suggestions

Always your child is having cold that means your child is having some kind of an energy so you need to treat that allergy for that you should consult your doctor to know what kind of an allergy is your child suffering from as on that basis only they can help you with further medication that you can follow for your child ahead of this
