hello mam ..my 8th month is running right now. i have pain in my foot,legs,tail bone and right side of vaginal area. it is very difficult to stand or sit aftr one position. my tail bone pains like some bone is getting cracked, also I feel very suffocating sometimes what can I do ??

A. hi you must inform your treating doctor it is very important please don't sit or stand for long period take support while sitting or place pillow between your legs while sleeping take calcium, iron supplements as per your doctor's prescription
