hello mam . meri beti 4 mnth + ho gayi h ....after c-sec delivery mera pet bahut nikal gya h ...plz mujhe weight loose ke liye or tummy fit ke liye koi syrup ya medicine bataye ..after delivery proper care nhi huyi ...ab kya kru

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Mam this way you cannot lose your weight yes you can do dietary alterations and additions after consulting a nutritionist which will help in reducing your weight but will not affect our strength energy stamina and feed for the child
