Hello mam mere c section delivery ko 8 months complete ho gye h but mujhe back pain bhut jyda hota mostly morning time jb mai so k uthti hu r hath pair m swelling bhi hoti h orthopedic ko dikhaya unhone calcium d dia aram ni h Pr mujhe plz mam suggestion dijye kuch kya kru mai

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. The back ache comes due to hormonal changes and it can be there even up to one year after giving birth. Try using a tummy belt to support. You’re not supposed to have any swelling and better consult a physician to rule out any other factorsWrite Your Answer Here
