Hello mam mera period time pr nhi rhta abhi 2 month pahle meri pregnancy abort ho gai.abhi mera period 26 decembre tha abhi period misss hai.mera period inreguller rhta hai.mere pet me hmesa 1week se thoda drd rhta h.gais ki problem bht ho rhi hai.

If negative wait for 10 more days for periods
If no period repeat urine pregnancy test and you can take withdrawal medications to get periods
Do some basic blood tests including tsh and pelvic sonography to find the cause
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Eat high fiber foods like fruits and vegetables
Do some exercises
Floor exercises and walk are best
Choose healthy foods
See a physician if no relief
