hello mam mera delivery hue 22 months ho raha hai.mera ceserian se baby hua hai.kuch mahino se mujhe back pain ho raha hai.jab mein walk karti hun to back pain badh jata hai.aur lazy si feel karti hun.lagta hai ki bahut thak gai hun.aisa kyun ho raha hai.plz reply

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. rest more. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
