hello mam, mera boy 7 month ka hai lekin use abhi bar bar sardi hoti hai nose bahati rahti haai. use montina L syrup deti hu... kabhi kabhi khasi bhi aati aahai

Her birth weight was 2.400kg and now she is 6kg. she has cough and cold last 8-10days doctor first gave her tixylix syrup but there was no result.. after 2 days we went to doctor again, doctor gave aeimex 100 tab still the cough and cold didn’t cure. After 7 days doctor gave tab axgnon 228.5 mg still no effect.. They suggested to give some injection dose for 5 days but we said no to injection course because her weight decreased by 500gram.. So they gave now tab oxipod 50mg. Is it necessary to give injection course of 5 days..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congesgtion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be benefickoial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
