Hello mam, mera 4 year 6 month ka beta h, uska private part abhi tk khula nhi h. private part (penis) kholne ke liye kya karna chahiye?

It may be phimosis ie foreskin of penis is not opens for free passing of urine and baby cries while passing urine Baby may also have ballowning while passing urine And also have recurrent urinary tract infection Hence need to examine in details Visit ur pediatrician once He will examine and guide you in a better way.
