ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom one important thing to note down is that pre term babies they tend to grow weight on a slow pace as compared to full term baby .
If your milk production is good , feed him your milk as much as possible , and if required formula feed can be taken for support .
You can also have following foods that help to enhance your milk production such as milk and products, flax seeds , dry fruits and nuts , panjiri , drum stick and fenugreek leaves , oats, jeera or ajwain or saunf water , garlic etc .
A well balanced diet is necessary
