Include different food groups, make sure Advik is active throughout the day, monitor his sleep and water intake.
Give him nutrient, calorie dense meals like - peanut butter milkshake, cheese paneer paratha, dal pakoda, caramelised sweet potato, nuts ladoo, sprouts dosa, corn chaat, fruit custard, fruit lassi etc.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
