Hello mam m 34 years old I have four years old son now we r planning for second child but every month dispointing after ovulation days my stomach I'll get so tightly and feeling abodaminal pain back ache and vomting sensation plz tel me wat can I do my first delivery is c section and my weight is 75 kgs

Make lifestyle changes as well
