hello mam. implantation cramps right and left side equal .it's a twins or not?please tell me.

A. Only with a sonography you can find out whether it is twins or not with cramps I cannot tell you that you are having twins so you must be getting a sonography done and if you are having twins then your doctor would actually tell you that you are having twins in the first scan it selfWrite Your Answer Here
