hello mam iam 2 month pregnant now i have stated constipation problem stool is hard nd that blood discharged plzz tell me something

A. hello dear this is a problem which many would be mothers have to face for you need to take lots of water and have diet which is full of fibre along with that try to go for a little walk after every meal and ask your doctor for the proper medication
