hello mam... I want to regain my breast size n shape after breastfeeding... please will u suggest me

A. If you want to make them small as a previously war war because in most of the cases the brass actually becomes big so once you quit breastfeeding the child after that you can go ahead Dhuen breast related exercise dad going to be very helpful for you
