simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss.
regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tdummy fat.
take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.
