hello mam after my second baby i got miscourage after that my weight is gaining and i want to reduce my belly fat and breast size can u help me mam

A. thanku im doing my regular exercise at ho e and im having a cup of water adding honey and lemon with that im using a skipping rope is that good

A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tdummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.
