To Begin with if your child even has about 5 to 7 teaspoons of what you are giving then you should find it good and you should feel lucky that my child is eating so as of now I can only tell you start with rice Dal water that’s totally liquid about 5 to 10 spoons even if your child is that good make it properly with salt and turmeric and you can shift a few vegetable purée steam it and make it fruits pura can be given you do not have to team the fruits but you just have to puree I am also going to say last and all then you can go for dairy products like Paneer cheese curd porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Suji items can be given to the child as well
