Hello mam I m mother of 3 months old baby my weight increases and my tummy size is also increases . Please suggest me diet to reduce my belly fat

A. To reduce after pregnancy weight, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet like oats, fruits with peels, green leafy vegetables, beans, broccoli, peas, carrots, dry fruits, eggs, brown rice, soya, tofu, etc. Do light skin toning exercises like brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning.
