hello mam i m mother of 1.5 year baby , having diabetes nd want to take some natural juices like Kerala jamun juice to control my diabetes is it possible to have it while breastfeeding.does it will effect my baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you can have in fact you can have it in a fruit form rather than taking it in juice form, as now your toddler is quite grown up should not be much of a problem for them
