Q.

Hello mam, I have delivered twin baby girls 5 months ago. Actually my right side breast have enough milk to fed my babies but left side is not sufficient.So I have to fed more time from right side. But now I am facing side problem from right foot to brain , Actually in my right side I am feeling heavy and something crawling in my left side . it happens sometimes. I have brain swelling also. Mam , tell me please what is this problem and how can I save myself from it.

A. It is completely normal to have one breast larger than the other, thus one to produce more milk than the other. Un even milk may have give some kind of discomfort to you, may be some kind of damage in the breast tissue. You may start semi solid or solid food from six month onwards, which will set right all issues.
