hello mam i have 5 week pregnancy and constipation issue also in pregnancy please suggest some medicines which is safest in pregnancy

You should not take any medicine without consulting your doctor you can check them if you can take any laxative for Home remedy I’m going to recommend you to put a drop or two of castor oil into the navel before sleeping and also consume plenty of fluids that will help
