hello mam, I feel like little fever since 2 days and now cold is getting worse, my ears are now blocked with headache. any home remedies to get relief from ear pain so that I can have a better sleep, on addition whom should I see for cold and fever my gyno or ent doctor.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . y
Doctor consultation shouldgt be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .
