hello Mam, I am in my 8th month and having lot of itching and mood swings and i get angry easily and i feel like crying all the time. for itching, doctor has given a cream but for mood swings and crying I don't know what to do. will it harm my baby? also how can i control myself please help

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
