hello mam i am 37 weeks pregnant and i got fever dry cough cold and body pain altogether... can you please recommend me some medicine...

A. hi. do take dolo 650 mg for time being. also take steam inhakation couple of times a day. do taje adequate rest and fluids. all the best.
