hello mam , i am 30 and have a 3 year daughter.. from last month there are some dark spots on my cheeks like blamishes. I started iron tablets ..can you plz suggest me what should I do?

A. Hi parent please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet please avoid all packaged food and product with refinde flour please avoid oily and spicy food please once consult with your gynacologist about this matter
