Hello mam how to know whether breastfeeding is sufficient for a baby or not

A. Basically you have three ways to know it if the child is full the child is going to sleep for at least 2 to 3 hours and the child would be comfortable second would be that the child would be gaining at least 500 g in a month so that is going to be good
