A. hi I understand your concern but please don't get panic. just offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. it is best to offer green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits , nuts , multi grain food etc more. keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day wash hands frequently with water dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. maintain good hygiene.
