hello mam and sir .... I had gaid a lot of weight my weight is now 80 kgs which is the best fat burning tablet ....please suggest me

Hello mom.their is no miracle medicine as such that can break fats , so you have to be dedicated also have lot of patients as well and prefer to have small meals , avoid sugary , refined and processed foods , also involve yourself in some form of physical exercise for atleast 30 to 45 mins a day
