my child is 2.4 year old and he is very skinny and most of the food he doesn't like ,sir/mam please suggest me healthy diet for gaining weight and some fat

A. Hello dear parent! Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating by looking at family members. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active and healthy as much as possible. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
