hello mam 23 months ki baby girl h ..ND now I am pregnant 5 week my physical health is not ok ...mujhe already weakness rhti h hemoglobin bhi 8 h ...iss pahle me two time .abort kar chuki hu baby tablet se .... I knew it mam situation complicated but please suggests me help me

It’s your call to continue with the pregnancy or not.
If you are not willing then consult your doctor as early as possible and then plan the process.
